Hi Caroline. Can you also show some weight reducing exercises which are slower for people like me, who have diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism and epilepsy. I can't move too fast and am very stiff because of osteoarthritis. Please show some slow weight reducing exercises. Thank you. I get tired very easily. Love you from Bahrain

I am 3 weeks out of laparoscopy for appendicitis. I have appreciated your exercise ,for post op recovery. My age (68) and my level of fitness prior to surgery,allowed a quick 20 HR stay in acute care. Your gentle,but effective exercise has allowed this aging gym rat to ,stop/chill and heal. I'm 71 years old. I have a left bundle blockage for probably 30 years. I just had my meds upgrade it because my Blood Pressure was up in the one 50s. After doing your exercises in that for the last 2 weeks. My blood pressures down now and it's. It's in the 120s and in the evenings. It's in the 120's which is great. It's never been that low in the evenings. Your workout is helped me a lot. I do it twice a day. Thank you very much.Dewitt
